to set up.The cast iron table is about an 1/8th of an inch thick and is tightly ribbed underneath.The plastic housing seems typical; I will have to check
back later to see how well it holds up.I tested this product with a medium size spindle against a piece of maple.The 3.5 amp motor did not hesitate
to remove stock efficiently. The motor is surprisingly quiet. The dust extraction is fantastic; I have an old ridgid vac that easily consumed all the dust from the table area.Priced on Amazon for $129.99. this is a very good machine.
