(More customer reviews)I was well along in constructing a challenging cherry end table, but had yet to do the sanding and finishing.The legs are curved, and not easy to sand to the desired finish.Seeing a favorable writeup on these soft sanders in the Oct/Nov issue of Woodsmith Magazine, I purchased a set.I found them very helpful for hand sanding -- more so than previous rectangular sanding blocks and hardwood versions.They facilitate control of the sanding on odd-shaped surfaces, and quickly became a favorite woodworking accessory for me.
