(More customer reviews)This belt sander fully meets my needs. I'm into making segmented bowls, and use this machine to flatten the segments for final glueing. Assembly of the machine was easy, and the belt adjusts accurately. Using the belt in either horizonal or vertical position is a convenient feature. The sander comes with a sturdy steel open base, which wasn't mentioned in the Amazon write-up. I replaced the casters with with lockable wheels to make the sander mobile in my small shop.
