(More customer reviews)I ordered this tool from Tool Topia on March 28th.I called them with an order number on 4/1 to find the status on when it will arrive and they can't find my order #.My order has not been shipped yet!The receipt from Amazon says my order will arrive from the 3rd - 8th.This is unacceptable!They did not give me an over night shipping option, they only gave me a standard shipping option; this is a 5 day period.It's been 4 days and my order hasn't even been shipped yet!I am pissed off!Very disappointed!I can't even cancel the order because they can't find the order number. (But you can bet it will be shipped and I'll be stuck with the tool). I have confirmation for the order from Amazon, why wasn't my tool shipped!
I went directly to Northern Tools this morning and my tool will be here tomorrow.I have waited 5 days and now have to pay an overnight fee to a different company to get our tool.This is not right....Tool Topia get your act together!!!!!
