(More customer reviews)The bed and sanding drum were horribly out of parallel when I received the unit.With there being no obvious method for adjusting this I reffered to the directions and was quickly reminded why I seldom bother reading the directions in the first place.The manual addressed my specific problem by referring me to image #13, a quick flip cover to cover and I discovered there to be no image #13.There were images #12 and #14 just no image #13.Anyway, I finally unbolted the table from the frame and shimmed it with washers and the machine works passably.There is a fair amount of flex in the unit that I attribute to the inherent design of the machine and I'm glad to have the locking arm on the far side of the machine when I'm sanding material 16" or less.The infeed and outfeed tables are cheap and hard to get positioned properly, on the plus side the head moves and not the table so you can set up your own infeed and outfeed tables without the height changing with the thickness of the stock.Additionally, it took forever to arrive and Laguna's customer service didn't seem to have time for someone buying what I think might be the cheapest tool that they sell.I realize that Laguna isn't actually manufacturing this thing, but I was still disappointed.I got what I paid for, but just barely.
