(More customer reviews)I've been twice burned by Northern Tool now and finally learned my lesson. This tool is a Northern Tool brand, but they offer no support after purchase. The trigger switch failed after a short time, but they offered no help with finding a replacement part. They just said it had a 2 year "original manufacturer" warranty and I should contact them. Good luck finding the Taiwan manufacturer.
I spliced in a toggle switch into the power cord...
Also bought a little water pump from them. It never worked from day one. They said it was just their response to customers wanting a low cost pump. Oh, you wanted it to actually pump?
Don't just go for the best price, you get what you pay for!
