(More customer reviews)The original Performax sander came stock with a 100 grit sandpaper conveyor belt.These sandpaper belts were brittle, and I broke two during critical projects.In addition, the sandpaper belts scratched the finished surfaces of stock placed on them.The new poly belt is much more flexible and feeds the wood into the sander much better.
It is expensive, but so is the Performax.However, the finished product will reward you for making the initial investment.
